On a weekly basis I receive emails from Inkluded followers looking for a tattooist in the same county as them, that specialises in the style they want. Whilst the blogs I create on this site can help inspire and influence your tattoo decisions, Inkluded has always been lacking an online search function for potential tattoo customers. Over the next few months I’m going to be building a free online tattoo directory for our readers to utilise. They’ll be able to browse tattooists from the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) by generating results by location (county) and style. Aspiring tattoo collectors will be able to see your profile, where you tattoo, what your work looks like and read any news, interviews or blogs relating to you on the site.

I can’t do this without you! I need as many UK tattooists as possible to fill out the form below to submit this information to me. Please do pass this on to as many of your colleagues as possible so they can be featured too.

  • If your county is not listed below please pick any then explain in the comments box
  • If you are a travelling tattooist or someone that tattoos in various counties, please tick your primary working county and explain in the comments box
  • This form is only for tattooists permanently located in the UK (for now!) – if this proves successful I will investigate widening this search in the future
  • I know for many artists it can be restrictive to have describe your art in just one style but for the purposes of a search function, you do need to pick at least one
  • Please try not to select more than three styles
  • If you have an idea for a browsable style that isn’t listed in the form, let me know in the comments box
  • This is not automatic and your profile won’t go live instantly after sending the form. I aim to launch this function late 2017 and profiles will always be created manually by myself using the information submitted and photos from your Instagram profiles
  • What the industry needs more than ever is to educate the public about what makes a good tattoo. For every licensed and reputable tattooist out there, there is someone creating, shall we say, less good work on bodies every day – there will be an element of quality control in creating this database
  • The time you have been tattooing will not be taken into consideration, however, and licensed apprentices are more than welcome, even if you’ve been tattooing officially for just one day!
  • If you encounter problems with the form please email details to
